The agency began operations in 1918 with The Hartford - a relationship that continues this day. We are located right in historic downtown Huntsville on Holmes and Washington.

Connie is a native of Huntsville, Alabama and started her insurance career with Cummings, Gazaway, Gardner & Pate in 1982.
In 1983 Connie moved to Florence, Alabama and worked in the personal lines department at King, Johnson, Rogers & Carlton Insurance Agency for 10 years before moving back to Huntsville.
In November, 1993 Connie came to work for Fountain, Parker, Harbarger & Associates. Connie is a Personal Lines Producer and the Manager of the Personal Lines Department. |

David is a Commercial Insurance Account Executive working with businesses located here in our region as well as national and international industries.
After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Building Science, David worked for Chubb Insurance as a Risk Manager before joining Fountain, Parker, Harbarger in 1995.
As a Managing Member of the Agency, he also serves as the Sales Manager. David is active in the community serving with several local volunteer organizations. |

Mark is a native of Huntsville graduating from Huntsville High School and then Auburn University with a BS degree in Business Administration.
After graduating from Auburn in 1981, he began a commercial landscape contracting company and operated it until it’s selling in 1990 to a local developer. Soon after, Mark began his career in insurance.
First with Molton, Allen & Williams in 1990 and then with the Lankford, Fountain, & Parker which later became Fountain, Parker, Harbarger & Associates.
Mark serves as a Commercial Lines Producer and the Administrative Manager for the company. |
